If you’ve ever placed an Amazon order and then canceled it, you may be wondering if you can delete the order from your history. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this question. First, it’s important to understand that deleting an Amazon order from your history does not affect the order’s status in the Amazon system. If you place an order and then cancel it, the order still remains in the system but is not counted as a fulfilled purchase. In other words, if you later decide to place another Amazon order, your first order will still be counted as a fulfilled purchase. Second, deleting an Amazon order from your history does not affect your credit score. If you have a credit score of 300 or higher, deleting an Amazon order from your history will not impact your credit score. However, if you have a credit score of below 200 or have had any recent negative experiences with debt collectors or lenders, deleting an Amazon order from your history may impact your credit score.

When asked to confirm with a pop-up, click “Archive Order.”

In the pop-up menu that appears, click “Account.”

In “Your Account,” click “Archived orders.”

In Archived Orders, scroll through and locate the archived order that you’d like to reveal. Click the “Unarchive Order” link located just below it.

After that, the formerly archived order will appear at its proper place in your chronological order history again. Good luck, and happy shopping!
